Sindhu Hadiprana
He studied Architecture in Universitas Trisakti and continued his study in Technise Hogeschool, Bouwkunde, Delft, The Netherland. After graduating in 1973, he started working in Biro Arsitek Hadiprana. In 1988, he become the President Director of Grahacipta Hadiprana and President Commisioners in 2007 for four years. In 2011, he starts his own company and become the President Director of Sindhu Hadiprana Design Consultant.

Jake Johnson
Jake received his undergraduate degree in architecture from University of Colorado at Boulder in 1998 and continued on to get his Master degree in architecture from University of Colorado at Denver in 2000. He became a licensed contractor in 2007.
He, also worked for Chery Belz (Architect) and Rick Khan (general Contractor) in Boulder for few years. After accepting a summer studio teaching position in Spain for the University, he then joined Daniel Libezkind studio in Germany for few months. On his return home, he opened his own design / build company ARCH360. Since 2011, he joint partnership with Sindhu Hadiprana.

Mita Hadiprana
Mita received her undergraduate degree in architecture from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, in 1998. She got her Master in Architecture from University of Colorado at Denver in 2000 and Master of Science in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University in 2001. She became certified by the US Green Building Council as LEED AP in 2003.
She joined Klipp Architect from 2001-2003 and contributed her talents on various school projects and numerous commercial buildings. She then returned home to work in Grahacipta Hadiprana until 2005. After that she joined ARCH360 with Jake.
Currently, she has now joined her father’s company.

Hera Hadiprana
Soon after graduating from Bachelor of Architecture from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, Hera took double degree in Master of Business Administration and Master Science of Information Technology at the University of Denver, Colorado, US. She completed the course in 2003. After she got back home, she started working as an ISO Officer in a Mercedes Benz authorized dealership, Kuningan area, Jakarta for 1,5 years. From 2005 until 2012, she worked at Grahacipta Hadiprana as Project Support Head Department (in charge with projects’ budgeting, cost control, and procurement). She was also in charge with the ISO 9001:2008 implementation in the company as she’s also an internal auditor certified. Finally, in 2013, she joins her father’s company.
